To improve employees’ professional competence, encourage the spirit of “dedication and teamwork” and create a positive working atmosphere for higher production efficiency and better quality, on the afternoon of June 12, under the guidance of Yixian Trade Unions and Yixian Economic and Trade Commission, Huangshan WangRong held a skills competition.
The competition took place at the RJ-A, RF, and RJ-B production lines, and the participants were required to process defined products within the specified time. Those workers or teams who produce more qualified products will win the game. The winner will be awarded “Technical Model” or “Excellent Team” plus prizes. After they finished the production, the competition committee assessed the result carefully. In the end, 9 employees won individual awards, and RJ-B team won the first prize as a team. The participants said “the competition not only helps us to improve our skills and experience different types of work, but also make us understand the importance of teamwork. I hope there will be more similar games in the future.”
