To further strengthen talent development, after the preliminary discussion, on the morning of May 9, Mr. Yu Mingliang, GM of WRG, signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Huangshan Vocational and Technical College, and held a licensing ceremony for the “Huangshan Vocational and Technical College Traning Base”. Mr. Hong Feng, Deputy county mayor of Yi county, Mr. Wang Yongsong, Party secretary of Huangshan vocational and technical college, and Mr. Wang Xiaofei, Deputy party secretary and Deputy dean (being in charge of daily work) attended the ceremony.
In the ceremony, Our General manager, Mr. Yu Mingliang introduced WRG history and planning in detail and Mr. Wang Xiaofei introduced the college and explained the school-enterprise cooperation. Both sides stated that they would take this licensing ceremony as a starting point and would further deepen the cooperation on joint training, oriented training, on-the-job training and teacher’s training. They expected the cooperation would be fruitful and promote the development for both sides.
Afterwards, the participants visited the company‘s facilities. They praised that “WRG has rich experience in relay production and possesses a professional R&D team”. The company takes every effort to offer “better quality, better service”, and always adheres to the business philosophy of “Honesty, pragmatism, innovation, integrity, fairness and co-prosperity.”
This cooperation is not only the college’s active response to the Ministry of Education’s call to implement the “Deepening the industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation” proposed on the 19th National Congress. It also shows that the college manages to meet the talent needs of society and actively serves the local economy. The cooperation marks a new step in the school-enterprise cooperation model.
