On November 5, 2018, Lean Production Seed Coach Cultivation Celebration & Appointment Ceremony was held in the multi-function hall on the second floor of the office building, Huangshan WangRong Electronic Smart Factory. More than 20 people, including department managers and project team members attended the meeting.
The ceremony was hosted by Mr. Wang Xiangfei, MES project manager. Mr. Deng Junfeng, head of Lean Production Improvement team of Xinluo, introduced the idea of seed coach. That is, these seed coaches will grow up to be coaches, and finally to be core coaches. They will continuously cultivate the Improvement seeds in our group and continuously develop the lean production improvement force. Lean production is really important for a good company.
Finally, 5 distinguished won out, and became the first seed coaches. They are Mr. Zhu Xiaojun, Gao Tingting, Xiao Xianglong, Dai Chunan and Liu Yanyan. Mr. Yu Mingliang, GM of Huangshan WangRong, awarded appointment letters to them.
Five seed coaches signed a letter of commitment and solemnly swore: they will go all out to ensure the smart factory project and seed coach project successful. They will strictly follow the requirements of the tutor, and will never shift the responsibility. They have the courage to face any challenge and will work hard to reach the common goals. They will committee to finishing the project on time and on quality!
Afterwards, Mr. Yu Mingliang gave his remarks and encouraged us to work hard and actively share these knowledge and skills with others. He called upon us that we should fight hard for the promised future of WangRong.
